Factory capability
Yangjiang manufacturing cluster access: plastics, hardware, molds, abrasives, packaging, and knife-related accessories. We coordinate structure and abrasives for manufacturability.
Quality control
Incoming checks on critical parts, in-process checks on assembly and abrasive seating, outgoing checks before shipment. Samples and revision rounds are scoped before mass production. We do not display certification marks we have not earned.
Private label / packaging
White box with customer logo for trial and repeat orders. Custom art, inserts, and retail packaging quoted separately. Logo-on-existing platforms are the fastest path; private molds when volume justifies tooling.
